Our Process: 

1.) The Initial Assessment - We begin by determining the level of care needed either through an online or in person assessment of the residential property or business. 

2.) Prep/ Property Protection - Before every job, we take the necessary precautions to protect your property. We pre-water and cover delicate plants as needed and carefully tape off sensitive areas to ensure a safe and damage-free cleaning experience.

3.) Application - Next, we treat the surface with bio-degradable specialized cleaning solutions and soaps designed to remove mold, mildew, algae, and other organic buildup at the source. Every surface is cleaned using the appropriate method—stronger solutions for durable materials and a gentle soft wash process for more delicate surfaces.

4.) Rinse - Once the cleaning solution has had time to work, we thoroughly rinse the surface to remove all remaining dirt, grime, and cleaning solution. We also rinse surrounding plants and landscaping to dilute any cleaning solution that may have come into contact with them.

5.) Quality Assurance - Upon completion, we conduct a walk-around to ensure that everything was cleaned to the best of our ability - meticulously inspecting our work.
